Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the efficient management of utility and spare parts stores.
Ensure accurate inventory control and timely replenishment of stock.
Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain required parts and equipment to support operations.
Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring proper storage and organization.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards when handling and storing parts.
Maintain records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and stock levels.
Assist with purchasing, procurement, and supplier coordination as needed.
Supervise and train staff within the stores department, promoting a high level of performance and accountability.


Key Attributes and Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
3 years of Practical experience in a technical or industrial environment (e.g., working with mechanical or electrical systems, spare parts management).
Proven experience in utility or spare parts store management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and spare parts to effectively support operations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
