Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to maximise impact and report on key metrics.
Partner with the sales team to identify high-potential clients and strategically pursue business opportunities.
Provide continuous support and training to clients, ensuring effective and sustained system use.
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to broaden Sharp Menus’ reach and brand presence.
Create and distribute marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and social media content.
Engage in customer feedback loops to improve and innovate marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
Organise and represent Sharp Menus at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
