Key Responsibilities


Install solar systems, panels, and accessories in compliance with safety standards
Perform DC/AC wiring, RCD, grounding, and site assessments
Diagnose and repair faults in batteries, inverters, and Wi-Fi routers
Train customers on safe and effective use of systems
Record and submit installation/fault reports accurately
Support shop demonstrations and community activations
Provide feedback to the product team on technical issues


Requirements & Qualifications


Valid EPRA T1 or T2 Solar Technician license (or proof of eligibility)
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Solar, or related technical field
1–3 years’ hands-on experience in solar/electrical installation
Strong knowledge of DC/AC wiring, tools, and safety compliance
Good communication skills for customer interaction and training
Willingness to travel frequently and relocate to rural towns if required
Motorcycle license (advantage)
