We are hiring a motivated Spare Parts Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling spare parts and related accessories, providing customer service, and managing inventory, to join our team.

Roles /Responsibilities


Identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions.
Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals, and close deals.
Meet sales targets and quotas
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide technical support to customers on part selection and installation.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Manage stock levels and ensure efficient delivery of parts.
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products


Experience


Proven experience in sales, particularly with spare parts or related industries.
The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as knowledge of the relevant industry and products.


Criteria/ Education


 Must reside in Abuja or its environs
OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
2-3yrs in core sales, most especially in automotive technology
 Not more than 35 years of ageOther relevant skills includes:

Sales of batteries or solar panels & spare parts will be an added advantage.
