I got an offer that would double my salary, but I'd have to move across the country and my partner doesn't want to go. Everyone tells me I shouldn't sacrifice my career for a relationship, but that's much easier to say when it's not your relationship. What would you do?

    If you take the money and your relationship out of the equation for a moment, how do you truly feel about the opportunity? Is this something you are... truly excited about? Is there a way you could test it out for a few months and maybe look for corporate housing and fly back on the weekends? Is it hybrid or 100% in person? I’ve had clients try this first to see how it feels before cutting all ties. Just a thought. more

    Some opportunities are sent to elevate you while testing the adaptability of the relationship. Only you know what will work best, trust your... intuition. more

    Stay with your partner.Look for other better opportunities in your area.
