We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Sales Representative to help drive sales, confirm customer orders, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities


Call and confirm customer orders to ensure smooth processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with delivery agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market demands
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements


Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong selling and closing skills with a proven ability to persuade customers
Ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.


Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)


Prior sales experience in consumer goods or the wellness industry.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools like Excel, CRM systems, etc.
