We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Sales Representative to help drive sales, confirm customer orders, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities


Call and confirm... customer orders to ensure smooth processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with delivery agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market demands
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements


Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong selling and closing skills with a proven ability to persuade customers
Ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.


Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)


Prior sales experience in consumer goods or the wellness industry.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools like Excel, CRM systems, etc.

Key Responsibilities


Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and boost brand visibility
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain strong community engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, influencer partnerships, and product launches
Monitor trends, hashtags, and social conversations relevant to the herbal wellness space
Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content and strategy
Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging tools, and best practices
Create basic visual content using tools like Canva or mobile editing apps (video & graphic)


Requirements


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other major platforms
Proven ability to create compelling social content (graphics, captions, short videos)
Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines

Basic video editing or design skills using Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.
Experience managing social media pages for brands in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space
