DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership/Supervision:

Provide visionary leadership and strong external relationships in finance.
Oversee end-of-period processes, ensuring timely analysis and high-quality financial statements.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Lead accounts in preparing periodic financial reports and collaborating with auditors.
Oversee annual budget and implement audit findings for efficiency.

Strategic Decision-Making:

Provide crucial financial insights to align with company goals.

Policy & Compliance:

Create/enhance financial policies, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
Minimize taxes, oversee audits, and follow up with government agencies.

Document Accuracy & Research:

Write error-free financial reports and attend finance forums for insights.
Recommend system improvements for efficiency.

Talent Development:

Develop and lead a high-performing accounting team.
Contribute to the professional growth of subordinates.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
Minimum 7 years' experience, preferably in Financial Services.
Internationally recognized accounting qualifications (ACA CPA, ACCA, CMA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed accounting skills with IFRS knowledge.
High integrity, proven leadership, and ethical behavior.
