Responsibilities

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include;


Develop HR outsourcing strategies including workforce planning, recruitment onboarding and retention.
Oversee outsourced employee lifecycle processes e.g. payroll, benefits, leave, exits and performance management etc.
Ensure outsourcing operations are compliant with local Labour laws and internal organizational policies and processes.
Manage compliance of outsourced service vendors via periodic audits and process reviews
Implement engagement initiatives e.g. surveys, recognition programs and caravans to improve the morale of the outsourced employees
Manage budgets and financial reporting for outsourced HR services ensuring cost efficiency.
Define and track service level agreements with accompanying analytics for contracted partners
Develop talent and capability of the outsourced teams by identifying and managing the rollout of various upskilling and training initiatives


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field 
Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management with good knowledge of Kenyan Employment Act
A minimum of 5- 8 years’ experience in HR 
Good in data analysis.  Working knowledge in advanced excel will be an added advantage
Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver for the business
