Vacancies Available at an Esports and Entertainment Hub:

1. Receptionist (Female Preferred)
Age: 23-30 years
Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage bookings and reservations for gaming sessions.
* Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping.

Required Qualities:

* Strong communication skills.
* Professional demeanor and appearance.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Computer proficiency (must be comfortable with office software).
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be comfortable obtaining a criminal clearance from the Ghana Police Service.

2. Supervisor (Male Preferred)
Age: 23-30 years
Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise staff and ensure smooth operations of gaming areas.
* Manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are adhered to.
* Assist with controlling the crowd and ensuring that all policies are followed.
* Report to the Manager and assist in any administrative duties as required.

Required Qualities:

* Leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.
* Strong crowd control and conflict resolution skills.
* High level of professionalism and responsibility.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Must be comfortable obtaining a criminal clearance from the Ghana Police Service.

3. Cleaner (Female Preferred)
Age: 24-35 years
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain cleanliness throughout the gaming center, including restrooms and public areas.
* Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and cleaning supplies are stocked.
* Perform regular cleaning of gaming equipment and consoles.
* Assist with setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of gaming areas.

Required Qualities:

* Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Must be comfortable obtaining a criminal clearance from the Ghana Police Service.

General Requirements for All Positions:

* Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
* No prior criminal record (criminal clearance form will be required).
* Salary for each position will be communicated after the application process.
