JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping the company attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other tactics
Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position
Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor
Conduct reference checks on candidates to ensure they have good work experience and ethics for the job.
Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company’s culture.
To develop and improve the worker’s administration, training, and development.
To look after employee's engagement activities as per the engagement calendar
Upkeep all records related to welfare and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year experience in the job role
BA/BSC/HND in business administration or HR.
CIPM Professional Certification is required
