Job Description
To increase new business production and achieve pre-determined sales targets in a dealer environment.- Contributes to cost efficiencies.
- Delivers on a financial target to increase profitable business.
- Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
- Manages client relationship and expectations.
- Collates and submits the required documentation to the relevant department which includes credit applications as well as FICA and KIC documents.
- Ensures that documentation being submitted complies with relevant legislative requirements and with organisational governance processes.
- Validates customer information on the system to ensure quality.
- Obtains NATIS and dealer documentation and submits to Organisation. Submits market share documentation to the Organisation timeously.
- Meets dealer's deadlines in terms of submitting documentation.
- Identifies innovative ways to enhance sales within area and increase profit margins.
- Submits innovative ideas to the manager in support of the sales drive.
- Manages the implementation of solutions and ideas in support of the business area/branch's innovation drive to increase revenue.
- Prepares and delivers reports on initiatives in support of innovation and creativity to management.
- Interacts with Sales Manager and participates in informal and formal knowledge sharing sessions.
- Attends product launches.
- Keeps abreast of market trends.
- Contributes to teamwork.
- Engages in activities for own development
