ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.


As an Superintendent Production, you will be responsible for managing and ensure successful production execution processes, while maintaining safety and costs. .


Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:


Manage mining operations and processes;
Monitor daily achievement of targets;
Ensuring that the Load & Haul team supports and enables the delivery of areas planned to be mined for the production month;
Embrace diversity and promote inclusion;
Safely deliver volume targets;
Sign-off and manage the execution of the Monthly Plans;
Assist in implementing and assuring project work meets quality requirements;
Responsible for safety and improvements in their areas of responsibility;
Support Safety and Health initiatives and campaigns .


ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:


Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production & Mining environment of which 2 years must be in a Line Leadership role;
Experience of underground Load & Haul requirements.


Qualifications for this role are:


Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency OR Mine Manager Certificate;
Degree or Diploma Mining Engineering will be advantageous;
Valid drivers license.
