Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management within our medical diagnostic center.

Employment Type: Full-Time - Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday)

Salary: 350,000 naira (Monthly, Net)

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle disciplinary matters.
Facilitate employee training and career development.
Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
