KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with the project team, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate and plan all field project activities. 
In partnership with stakeholders, identify and recruit Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) and women's groups. 
Serve as a key intermediary between the project team, partners, and targeted women's groups, engaging stakeholders regarding planned project activities. 
Plan and execute training activities for women's groups and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). 
Keep the project implementation team regularly informed about the project's progress toward achieving its targets and objectives.
Work alongside communication teams to identify and document success stories and case studies from the project. 
Facilitate effective data collection activities and strategies in close collaboration with the monitoring and evaluation team. 
Take the lead in the development and regular updating of databases for women's groups and MSMEs.
Provide support in the disbursement process and monitor loan repayments, ensuring necessary follow-up actions.
