A couple of weeks ago our boss brought in a motivational coach to talk to the employees. She spoke with everyone and made a list of “unreliable” workers. All the creative and skilled people ended up on that list, because they are independent and could leave for another company at any time. I’m on the list too.
Now the boss says the company will be “restructuring”. I wonder if he really plans to fire the most productive people and keep only the obedient brown-nosers?
