Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client in the Chemical Production industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of aerosol filling line operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the full production line from filling, sealing, and quality control, to propellant handling and compliance with safety standards. This role is not just about managing processes, but also about leading people, driving efficiency, and safeguarding product integrity.


What We’re Looking For:


Minimum of 5 years’ experience in chemical production
Strong technical knowledge of aerosol valves, actuators & propellants
Hands-on experience managing complete filling line operations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
In-depth understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations
