Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring all aspects align with brand goals.
Create engaging customer experiences through events and touchpoints, from conception to reporting.
Develop and manage event timelines, and budgets, setup branding & merchandise checklists and deliverables.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Handle all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and setup.
Track and analyse event performance, providing insights to optimise future events.
Develop post-event communication strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Professional Qualifications

Professional Certifications (optional)
Certification in Event Management or Customer Experience is a plus.

Experience

At Least 2 years experience in events management

Skills and Competencies

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional Certifications

CIM Marketing
Any in marketing field including CRM, events, online course

Software/Tools Competence

Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and event management software.
Experience in Salesforce will be an added advantage (e.g., Trello, Salesforce, Eventbrite).
