Key Responsibilities:


Deliver professional and excellent customer service and product guidance on the retail floor.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, ensure proper product display, and promote in-store aesthetics.
Drive sales of furniture and lifestyle products to walk-in clients and through outbound strategies.
Identify and pursue B2B and B2C marketing opportunities to expand the customer base.
Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs and pain points, and position our offerings as solutions.
Gather market intelligence on customer preferences and competitor activity, and share insights with management.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by Hudson Furnishing.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to generate leads and align messaging with customer expectations.
Continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques through regular training and development.


Key Qualifications:


Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
Computer literacy and comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage.
