Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous 18- month on-the-job training to acquire critical skills and insights of the various facets of the business through rotational cycles ultimately gaining valuable experience in the following areas of our business:

Life Assurance
Pension Fund Administration, Trusts and Estate Planning
Investments and Property Management

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum second class upper) and have graduated after January 2023 or awaiting graduation.
