We are seeking an experienced, creative Business Development Manager to join our growing organization. In this position you will use a multitude of platforms to convert ads and promotions into increased revenue for our company. You will seek to increase build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.  
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and develop marketing budgets, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections with respect to investments in marketing: allocate funds appropriately.
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and marketing share but considers customer satisfaction and utility.
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish and issue close out reports.
Work within a team of marketers to collaborately create an ad campaign
Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness
Oversee and coordinate open market above-the-line campaigns
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to purchase our products
Build strategic relationship and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochures
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess

QUALIFICATIONS

BSc/MSc degree in Business Management or related field
Demonstrable (minimum of 5-6 years) experience in a sales and Marketing  function
Fluent of both spoken and written English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to try innovative Business/Marketing strategies
Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Good knowledge of marketing techniques
Excellent MS office packages
Creative with good commercial awareness attitude
