You need to continue to focus on accomplishments, net savings, increases in revenue, etc. that you were responsible for. Those things are music to... hiring manager's ears and get stacked above "experience". I would hire someone with far more output metrics over someone with more years of "experience". more

You should pursue the discussions further. The feedback youare looking for is "what in my background or experience would have made me the selected... candidate.?" If they are telling the honest truth, they may be willing to share. more

Sometimes you got to use a seasoning packet you never had before to get the flavor you may be looking for…. You get it.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Nothing of value comes easy. You’ve made your desire known to the universe. Keep believing that the best job for your... skillset is still out there, but you’ve got to keep searching for your job. more

Possibly consider an overhaul on your resume or even interviewing workshops. A big issues is now getting passed their ATS system and or AI.... Unfortunately, the market is saturated right now. Don't get discouraged. Try to think outside of the box of ways to stand out. more

Ail lower, gain experience.

I was interviewing for eight months, doing multiple rounds and presentations, and often felt like I was getting nowhere. Ironically, the role I was... least excited about ended up being the one that offered me the job.
So keep trying—you never know which opportunity will be the one that comes through. more
