Our Client, a growing medium sized labels printing company is seeking to recruit focused, energetic, proactive and results oriented candidates to the position of Sales Executive.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities


Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till the closure
Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone
Reach or exceed monthly sales target
Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for the target market
Any other task related to sales as assigned by the Sales Manager or any other senior authority


Skills, Competencies, Qualification, Education and Experience


Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Business Administration), with 2 years minimum of experience in sales with a proven track record
FMCG background/experience is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven persuasive power
Organized and efficient - able to prioritize and organize workload to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
Ability to work in a fast paced and highly growing business
Customer centric
Self- motivated with strong business acumen
 Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
Excellent computer skills, etiquette and work ethic
Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
