Responsibilities and Duties


Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of TWK events, functions, and promotions
Working closely with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
Helping ensure events run smoothly – from setup to breakdown
Managing event logistics, supplies and administration
Providing on-site support and handling unexpected situations with professionalism
Contributing to creative ideas and solutions for impactful events


Qualifications and Skills


Matric / Grade 12
Relevant qualification or experience in events coordination or hospitality (advantageous)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and outside of normal office hours when required
A proactive, hands-on attitude and team spirit
Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
