This role is transitioning to AI and automation. Unless. Unless you are technically skilled in some specific area, product, or technology that... requires higher level skills. I would suggest you find your edge where you shine effortlessly and seek out those opportunities. If you don't have differentiated skills, go back to learn something that comes effortless to you. You will find it easier to learn and grow past the AI enabled generic and even advance support.

  • I have a possible business opportunity if you're interested in being an entreprenuer. Send me a message if you want to chat.

  • Look for platforms that outsouce customer service jobs to clients. I did cs for Nordstrom for over a year through Live Ops, a company that contracts... with you to provide customer services to their clients. For a client you choose from their offereings at the time, you are trained well, but not paid during that time, and then turned loose to choose your working hours and begin a great journey. Look up their website and read all about it. Another platform is called Arise. Check it out. more

  • It has been tough to land traditional employment. It's now about knowing someone that can open the door versus what you know and your skills sad to... say. Have you considered a work from home opportunity that pays for production? I have an incredible opportunity in the video communications space but it doesnt follow traditional employment as yoj work on your own time!  more
