Duties & responsibilities:


Fully understand and safeguard the company key values and brand identity.
Embed and improve the company values/identity in all aspects of the sales process, from on-line presence, the ambience in shops to advertising and promotions
Coordinate the implementation of marketing activities and report on their effectiveness.
Actively acquire new business accounts for B2B and be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with B2B customers.
Generate ideas for valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms that attract and convert our target groups to customers.
Actively source for participation in promotions and strategic marketing events and be responsible for successful execution.
Conduct regular surveys on product performance, new product ideas, customer service and satisfaction, performance of delivery platforms and give recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications and Experience


BSc degree in Marketing or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a relevant field.
4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role in the food industry
Demonstrable passion for food and food retail
Creative thinker, able to develop effective and refreshing marketing messages in line with high quality brand image
‘Can do’ pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve.
 Strong organisational skills with a ‘Can do’ attitude to effectively
