Duties & responsibilities:


Fully understand and safeguard the company key values and brand identity.
Embed and improve the company values/identity in all aspects of the sales process, from on-line presence, the ambience in shops to advertising and promotions
Coordinate the implementation of marketing activities and report on their effectiveness.
Actively acquire new business accounts... for B2B and be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with B2B customers.

Actively source for participation in promotions and strategic marketing events and be responsible for successful execution.

Qualifications and Experience


BSc degree in Marketing or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a relevant field.
4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role in the food industry
Demonstrable passion for food and food retail
Creative thinker, able to develop effective and refreshing marketing messages in line with high quality brand image
‘Can do’ pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION


Oversight and maintain A/R and A/P accounts. Ensure payments and collections are done in a timely manner
End-to-end management of corporate customer accounts
Ensure compliance with tax as well as other regulatory payment and licensing requirements
Maintain a clear record of the company’s assets
Perform regular stock takes 
Assist in monthly... financial Profit and Loss reporting to the company’s management and directors, as well as any other reports as required.

Key Requirements


Holder of at least CPA (II) with 2-3 years’ experience. Experience in retail environment is a must
Independent worker who can manage her/his own time well
Good communicator who is able to work with remote partners in the Netherlands as required
Hands-on attitude and willingness to be involved in various aspects of a small company as required.
Experience with stock management and dispatching will be an advantage
Experience with Quickbooks will be an advantage

Key qualifications

Minimum a diploma in food production or related course from a recognized institution. 
2 years’ experience in a moderately busy kitchen environment, especially serving the high end of the market.
Experience as a waiter/waitress or in pastry and bread products is an advantage.
Capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly.
Creative and able to come up with new menu ideas.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Computer literate, able to work with Word, Excel and materials management systems. more
