As an Information Technology professional with experience and extensive knowledge in cross-functional IT and project management, methodologies and techniques. Over the
years, I have acquired expertise in IT technical support, network administration, system testing and maintenance, windows server administration, active directory administration, software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and technical support and budgeting. A summary of the roles I handle includes; performing assessments of application controls and IT general controls, developing and implementing strategies for security back-up for all IT systems, designing, installing and configuring IT systems and upgrading servers as well as troubleshooting, training users, documenting all system procedures and improving data flow and reliability.
