I got a job offer from the company my current employer competes with. My current manager has been great to me, and accepting would feel like a betrayal. Is loyalty to a manager ever a good enough reason to turn down a better opportunity?
  • He he, you seem to be new to the game of employment, stop worshipping your manager and go for the bag if getting better remuneration means a lot to... you. more

  • As an employer when you die, the welfare will be busy planning for your final send off and the P&C is busy drafting the advert for your position and... before final send off prayers are said the Comms team will have posted the advert on LinkedIn. Do your part, bring the best to yourself first and priotize yourself before the company. Go for that good job🤣 more

  • Go for the better opportunity for yourself! Do your part and put in a two week notice and leave and good standing; but other than that, do what’s best... for you. They’ll more than likely do the same if they were offered a better opportunity. Also, in this world, no company would be loyal to you when they want to do what’s best for business.  more
