Responsibilities

Setting objectives for Human Resources team and also tracking progress
Designing as well as implementing company policies for promoting a healthy environment
Supporting and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process
Maintaining HR procedures in compliance with regulations
Ensuring HR team addresses the requests and complains of employees in a timely manner
Reviewing departmental budgets and also reporting on them
Monitoring HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire and turnover rates)
Discussing the career development paths of employees with Managers
Hosting and organizing company’s recruitment events
Developing benefits and compensation plans

Requirements 

Master's degree in a related field in Human Resources
5 years of work experience as a Human Resources Manager Business
Good time management and organizational skills 
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
Strong leadership skills 
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive environment 
Having an eye for detail 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
Highly motivated individual 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information 
Ability to offer improved customer service 
Must understand website management, digital marketing and service marketing.
Must be able to manage graphics and publicity materials 
An experience in the medical industry will be an added advantage
