Oversee a social media strategy and review all content for errors to ensure compliance with the company’s policy and international standards.
Manage and maintain the company website.
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving the conversion rate.
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content on social media platforms/channel.
Schedule E-mail Marketing as needed.
Create online banner adverts and oversee pay-per-click ad management.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing. Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reach our target audience.
Create compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, website copies, and email newsletters, while maintaining brand consistency and tone.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content scheduling, responding to comments/messages, and tracking performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify content opportunities and optimize SEO strategies.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and monitoring of key email metrics to improve customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and sales, to develop visually appealing and engaging digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media insights, and campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Explore new platforms and tools to enhance our digital presence.
Prepare regular reports to communicate social media and digital marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and insights, to stakeholders.
