Key Responsibilities

Stack crates with bread from transfer cages
Follow pipeline stacking sequence
Attend daily invocoms
Ensure that quality bread is packed correctly on trays
Report back on stacking related matters to warehouse supervisors
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Adhere to all Company rules and procedures
Ensure optimal Efficiencies
Administration and record control
SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping
Food Safety
Health & Safety

Qualification Requirements

Grade 12 with numerical skills

Experience Requirements

At least 1-2 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment

Other Requirements

Pressurised environment
Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime where required
Will be required to work until last truck is completed in Despatch
