Responsibilities


Oversees the operation and maintenance of the estate's buildings and facilities.
Ensure that all properties under management are well-maintained, scheduling and supervising repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities.
Oversee tenant relations, ensuring that lease agreements are adhered to, and handle tenant requests, complaints, and lease renewals.
Manage the facility's budget, track expenses, and ensure that all services and maintenance activities are performed cost-effectively.
Ensure that properties comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for various services, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring high-quality performance and contract adherence.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a facility manager or relevant position.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Well-versed in basic technical operations and facilities management best practices.
