I’ve noticed many professionals, even highly qualified ones, sending out dozens of resumes and not hearing anything back. It can be frustrating and discouraging, especially when you’ve followed every “expert tip” online.

In most cases, it’s not about your skills or experience, it’s about how you present and position them. Sometimes small tweaks in wording, structure, or job targeting can completely change your results.

If you’ve been applying and not seeing progress, what challenges are you facing most, is it feedback, visibility, or interviews?

Feel free to share your experience below or message me directly if you’d like to discuss what might be holding things back. I’m always open to helping professionals figure out their next step and connect them with the right support.

I will take the liberty of adding that "sending out dozens of resumes" doesn't constitute a job search strategy. In an era of contracting labour... markets and rapidly increasing automation. job seekers need more than an excellent resume. It's perhaps more useful to think of your resume as a tool used to support one's personal marketing strategy which logically places a major emphasis on networking.  more
