Key Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Must be available for a full-time internship during the specified period.


Key Competencies


Basic understanding of sales and customer service workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Record customer orders and assist with verification and coordination for processing and delivery.
Follow up with customers to confirm delivery timelines, order status, and resolve basic inquiries.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and databases.
Prepare quotations, proformas, and other sales-related documentation.
Assist in generating daily/weekly reports on sales activity and performance.
Support coordination between the sales team, production, finance, and logistics departments.
Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute insights from customer interactions.
Take part in on-the-job training and product familiarization sessions.
