Role Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Officer will drive the growth of RECOR Ltd. by developing and executing marketing and sales strategies aimed at promoting the company’s products (plastic bales, flakes, and pellets) and increasing customer acquisition and retention. This role is critical in building brand awareness, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with RECOR’s goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and potential opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales.
Promote RECOR’s products to relevant industries and sectors.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer demands and deadlines are met.
Develop sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
Identify and attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences relevant to the recycling and plastics industry.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the recycling, manufacturing, or waste management sector.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
