I thought Organization have the pay scale? There is a lot of politics in some Organizations I wonder why?

please to my understanding you should inform him/her that somebody's salary infomation sent to me, and you ask that your salary to be review

You should respond to the email indicating that he sent you information not meant for you. That shows professionalism. The rest is none of your... business. Do your job until your opportune time comes to negotiate your salary. Never refer to that information in all your discussions. more

1. Qualifications
2. Terms of employment
3. Efficiency and productivity
