I specialised in feasibility studies, project planning, and managing aircraft component capability projects for B737, B777, B757, B767, B787, A350, and Q400 fleets.
My skills include designing tools and testers per CMM/AMM requirements, problem-solving, cost reduction, aircraft task card preparation and planning, process optimisation, and customer support. I am proficient in retrieving and interpreting OEM documents and engineering drawings, and have conducted major repairs and established effective communication with OEMs and suppliers.

I excel at optimizing service technical engineering processes for better TAT and compliance, preparing engineering repair work instructions, proposing technical dispositions, and obtaining OEM approvals. My expertise extends to quality concepts and tools such as DOE, Gage R&R, CAPA, DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D.
