As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and merchants onto the SafeBoda ecosystem. You’ll drive growth by pitching our services, converting leads into active users, and ensuring businesses benefit from SafeBoda’s mobility and fintech solutions.

Daily tasks include:


Prospecting and engaging new merchants and SMEs
Pitching SafeBoda’s value proposition clearly and convincingly
Closing deals and achieving sales targets
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention


Qualifications


Proven track record in sales, preferably working with SMEs, merchants, or B2B clients
Commission-driven mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of the Nairobi business environment is an added advantage
Prior experience in the fintech, mobility, or service industry is a plus
