Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -

Manage complement control, salary administration, pension administration, in accordance with the laid down regulations.
Verify information relating to recruitment, appointment, transfer, human resource management information systems; and
Assist in the implementation of the decisions on recruitment, appointment, transfer, human resource management information systems.

Requirements for Appointment 

For appointment to this grade an officer must have;

Served in the grade of Human Resource Management Assistant II, Job Group CPSB 10/’J’ for at least three (3) years;
Diploma in Human Resources Management or its accepted equivalent; and
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
