Key Responsibilities:


Assist in identification and registration of potential participants
Ensure consistent implementation of the research protocol over time
Schedule participants for follow-ups
Complete study forms accurately & completely
Ensure s/he has the requisite supplies in good time
Ensure specimens for transfer to the County laboratory are properly tracked and transported in a timely manner
Work closely with the entire research team to resolve problems/queries
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive research information
Participate in monthly program meetings
Must be able to relate well with MOH staff and CHVs and the community
Perform any other duties assigned/delegated by the study management.


Vacancy Requirements:


Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade D+ and above or its equivalent from a recognized institution    Mandatory
Proficiency in computer application    Mandatory
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili    Mandatory
Experience in electronic data collection e.g. smartphone, tablets    Mandatory
Be a resident or willing to live and work in the study area    Mandatory
Experience in working in a research /hospital setting is an added advantage    Added Advantage
