Key responsibilities 


Delivery EORE sessions in communities affected by conflict.
Guides and support community facilitators and volunteers in delivery of EORE using the approved standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure that EORE sessions are delivered in conformity with SOPs
Establish and maintain liaison with the community structures
Delivers step-down training to community facilitators and volunteers
Ensure that EORE sessions are targeting the at-risk groups
Ensure that EORE sessions are delivered in vulnerable communities
Keep records of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Represent CENSCOPE in LGA coordination meetings
Performs anyone other task as maybe assigned by the supervising authority  


Requirements


University education or equivalent in Administration and Social science, or related fields.
Previous experience in Humanitarian work
Fluency in Kanuri, Hausa and other local language 
Previous experience in carrying out awareness or community-based EORE activities
Relevant experience in community-based facilitation and community mobilization.
Experience working with rural communities from a variety of different ethnic groups.
Demonstrated understanding of humanitarian principles and practices
Ability to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised
Strong work ethic and capacity to take responsibility for his/her own actions
Be able to work under pressure
Confidentiality, integrity, and a sense of conflict-of-interest prevention.
Self-motivation, courtesy, and humility
Capacity to work in multicultural environments
