Key areas of Responsibility

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Sales Consultants/ Executives.
Direct sales staffing training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory.
Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs.
Display, merchandises and promote new vehicle sales and lease agreements.
Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
Serve as liaison between sales department and other departments.
Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
Schedule and plan New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process.
Ensure the Sales consultants achieve their set targets as aligned to the company budget.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Attend managers’ meetings as requested.
Prepare and present timely reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/Management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Monitor the Sales consultants’ performance on a regular basis to ensure target achievement.
Assign duties to team in line with their job roles.
Demonstrate leadership skills of managing a team efficiently by contributing to team development.
Conduct regular training to ensure consistency in brand standards delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

bachelor’s degree in business related course.
Five to Seven (5-7) years related experience in automotive industry.
