We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Entry-level Telesales Agents to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via [phone/email/chat] promptly and professionally.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.


Requirements


Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
One year of experience in customer service, Telesales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Salary

N100,000 per month.
