Key Duties/Responsibilities


Collaborate closely with the founder to shape and uphold a strong, values-driven company culture as we scale.
Recruit and onboard purpose-driven individuals who align with our mission.
Lead with empathy—fostering a supportive environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting fairness across the team.
Ensure company policies remain compliant while prioritizing practicality, empathy, and common sense.
Conduct regular performance reviews using defined KPIs and deliver constructive, actionable feedback.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate internal communications, team schedules, and meeting logistics.
Track leave requests, prepare payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor requirements.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, with formal training in HR matters.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
