This position will be reporting to the respective Chief Security Officer, Regions. The key duties and responsibilities will include;

Carry out prevention and investigation of fraud and theft cases in the county as per laid down procedures.
Conduct investigations on criminal cases and presenting them to police for appropriate action.
Participate in implementation of safety and security measures and regulations by employees and customers.
Safeguard security of county assets against theft, pilferage, damage, misuse or sabotage.
Participate in conducting investigations of Motor-vehicle accidents and recommending ways of reducing them.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies to ensure effective execution of security functions in the county
Supervise contracted guards manning regional installations and premises.
Ensure effective utilization of resources assigned.
Represent the company in the external investigation on matters of security in the company as necessary.
Hold meetings with internal/external customers on matters of general security regarding the county.
Ensure the county security operations are consistent with the corporate objectives.
Prepare timely and accurate reports.

Appointment Specification

Bachelor’s Degree Security Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
Diploma in Criminology/Forensic Science or related field
Military/Police/National Youth Service Training
Eight (8) years work experience in Security Services or relevant Function
Thorough understanding of Company business
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
