We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into company databases and systems
Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry
Update and maintain information in various software tools and spreadsheets
Organize files, documents, and data records for easy retrieval
Communicate with team members or managers to clarify data discrepancies
Perform regular data backups and report any issues
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with accuracy)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop for remote work
