We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager for Zeraki Flow. Your mission? To turn messy internal workflows into beautiful, usable systems and to do it through continuous discovery, strategic clarity, and sharp execution.

Depending on your experience, you’ll either:

Join as an Associate PM, managing parts of the Zeraki Flow stack and supporting
delivery, with guidance from the PMs, Head of Product and Designers
Or join as a Product Manager, owning the full Zeraki Flow experience from product
vision and roadmap to delivery and outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Discovery & Strategy (Core to Both Roles)
Champion internal user discovery: Regularly talk to stakeholders across Sales, CX,
Finance, and Ops to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and unmet needs.
Turn insights into structured problems, not just feature requests.
Lead opportunity mapping and hypothesis-driven experiments before committing to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering and design to validate problem-solution fit early and often.
Contribute to (APM) or define and own (PM) the long-term product vision and strategy for Zeraki Flow.
Execution & Delivery
Maintain a prioritized, outcome-oriented backlog aligned to strategic goals.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies: Planning, Reviews, Retros, and Grooming.
Drive agile delivery with a focus on velocity, quality, and measurable outcomes.
Own QA and UAT processes to ensure quality releases.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the connective tissue across departments: Gather insights, align priorities, and keep people looped in.
Translate strategic business goals into clear product outcomes and roadmap items.
Support change management and training where process shifts affect internal teams.
