  • It people are unique in my experience. Maybe ask your boss if you can email useful tips. Bring humor into it. My bank it guy would deliberately block... my internet access. I had to speak to his boss. I finally had to tell him if we need to go to the president of the bank which one of us has a greater value? We need it people. What's your value? more

  • I will advise you to stay on your pace and continue to do what is right and don’t allow them infect you with their virus. Some time some day they... shall copy your life style.  more

  • Sure, leave, preferably secure another then resign; but, make sure you are not part of the problem, cos if you are, a new job and new people will not... fix you . . . just saying!!! You see, we only have one "limited" side of the story; could this, for example, be an expression of unmet "unrealistic" expectations? more

  • Quit, it is not worth your time to be stressed. Take it from someone who stayed in a job like that, it will eat at your soul.

  • Don't waste time staying on the job, start to look for another one and once you get a suitable one, move on . However, when you go for interview in... any company, try to find out more about the company before you take. Enjoy your day  more

  • Never leave a job until you get an appointment with an appointment letter to prove that you have accepted the new offer. Endure it till you get out..

  • Be supportive to all your co-workers, make your boss a hero in HIS boss's eyes. Plan to start your own IT consulting company inside of 3-5 years (if... that). By going our of your way to support others now - good chance they will hire you (or at least provide leads) when you launch.  more

  • People only treat you the way you allow them to treat you. Start actively looking for another job . While on this one continue to do your job... well, treat people with respect, and speak truth and stand up for yourself. more

  • Sadly to say, almost all jobs and even business when you work with John q public you're going to have those types of situations. I have owned a few... different business segments, now when I had the businesses going back in the '80s and '90s seems like it was fine I noticed as we rolled into and through the 2000 decade we have a different generation, they are crude, rude, inconsiderate and very selfish and self-centered. If you're on a job, they will tell you you have a a high income, but they will give you four five or six job titles to do, LOL LOL. It's the same all over welcome to the new generation of the millennium, which I think they call generation x and generation z. more
