Our client, a dairy production company seeks to hire a Sales Manager. He/she will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring sales targets are met,

and leading a sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities

Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
Set sales targets and ensure they are met
Proactively identify leads, pursue and close leads
4. Grow the company’s market share across board
Grow brand awareness and visibility
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and keep abreast with market trends
Ensure product supply chain processes and standards are followed
Create the sales budget and manage expenditure
Recruit, coach, motivate, appraise and manage a dynamic sales team
Submit sales reports as required by the senior management
Spearhead a strong customer-centric culture.

Required Specifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing of dairy products
Able to manage large sales production
Aggressive in selling and with a great sales track record
Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing or any related field
Flexible, highly motivated and able to travel frequently
Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to recruit, on board, develop and manage a sales team
A strong, resilient, result-oriented individual and an excellent team player
